items and they are ordered based on your request. We must charge

All returns and cancellations of Special Order products are
subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. To avoid this restocking fee,

If you are not fully satisfied within 30 days of the delivery
date of your item, you may return it to us. Call our friendly

receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to allow us to keep
track of the return.
Our "Money Back Guarantee" is meant to make your shopping
experience enjoyable and convenient. You may return the item for a
full refund of the purchase price less any coupons used,

if applicable.
The returned product must be in new and unused condition and in
